The Wheel Bike is an exclusive in-game item for purchasing Star Wars Galaxies: The Complete Online Adventures Premium Plus Pack as a gift after you apply the key on a new or existing account. 
If disabled, can be restored at a Garage for 60k. Can't be customized with a Vehicle Customization Kit. Jumping while in the Wheel Bike (usually with 'spacebar') makes the vehicle jump but slows you down. Player Protection: Ranged chance to receive Glancing Blow: none. Mounted Vehicle Protection: Ranged chance to receive Glancing Blow: 80%. 
Each existing and future character on the same upgraded account can claim one Wheel Bike. Two Player Local Co-Op lets friends and families play together.
